Every order leaves our atelier tracked. You receive the tracking link by e-mail the moment the parcel is collected, and you can follow it at any time on our tracking page.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery usually takes two to four weeks from dispatch, depending on your country and on customs.
The first public scan often appears a few days after dispatch. A quiet period between scans is normal on international routes and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free worldwide on every order. No minimum.
Customs and duties
Where import duties apply, they are set by your country and are not collected by us at checkout.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not moved for an unusually long time, or arrives damaged, open a service request and we will take it from there. Write to us at support@evrardparis.shop and a person answers.
