Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive our confirmation e-mail. We may decline or cancel an order — for example when a piece is no longer available or when a payment is flagged — and in that case you are refunded in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and include our current reduction. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout.
Product images and descriptions
Our catalogue images are retouched and our order lines use neutral descriptions rather than model names. What is described and photographed is what is packed. If what you receive is not what you expected, write to us within 30 days and we put it right.
